About us

Who we are

We are a team of change-makers who believe the Word of God and desire to bring lasting transformation to Uganda's communities through the Gospel and filling practical needs.

Prepare the Way Ministry was birthed from the passionate hearts of Bill and Linda Campbell, whose lifelong pursuit of Christ led them across continents, igniting a mission to transform nations with God’s love. Founded in 2003 after profound experiences in global ministry and personal spiritual transformation, their journey was marked by remarkable acts of faith, as they witnessed miraculous healings in Uganda. Though Linda has now stepped into eternity with Jesus, her enduring love for the Lord and the people of Uganda continues to inspire the ministry.

And that legacy lives on, as Bill and Linda’s kids, Brian and Amy, along with Bill and the entire Prepare the Way team, now run children’s homes and schools that provide safe havens and quality education for young minds. They support three local churches in the area, and continue to expand their impact through church planting, as well as vital water and sanitation projects that foster healthy local communities.
